Instructions for using the Help Desk Telephone Calendar
Please follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Please remember to try and keep telephone coverage to 2 people per 4 hour shift.

  • View the Help Desk calendar at http://tcmga.mhsoftware.com (click address to be taken there now)

  • Select "Sign up for a Shift" (on the far right of the menu underneath the Tarrant County Master Gardener Association banners)

  • If you are a first time user you will be taken to a page where you will enter your Email address and your name. The system will then send you a confirmation email.

  • Click on the link in the confirmation email to be taken to the "Find Shifts" web page.

  • On the "Find Shifts" web page you select a range of dates within which is the day, or days, you wish to perform telephone help desk duty.

  • On the "Find Shifts" web page you will also enter your email address and you name. Clicking on the "Find Shifts" box at the bottom right will open a page giving the available shifts in that time span.

  • Read the fabulous instructions! Check as may shifts as you want within the given date range. Final step is to click on the "Sign up for Shifts" button at the bottom of the page.

  • A "Notice" will pop-up showing the shifts you have signed-up for. It will contain links to either go sign-up for more shift(s) or return to calendar to view the shift(s) you have just signed-up for. At this point you are done.

  • If you need to make corrections to your entry please contact either Nora Coalson or Veronica Cabal (click names to send email).

  • Note: If you wish to work the whole day, you must enter each half day individually.
